This is an unmatched adventure for those who recognize the value of living experiences in the midst of epic nature. The snowy Alpamayo is considered the most beautiful peak in the world. Her slender figure stands tall in the snow and invites you to get to know it up close. It is located in the town of Caraz and is accessed from Huaraz.

This wonderful hike is around the snowy Alpamayo (considered the most beautiful mountain on the planet in the Munich 1966 scenic photo competition). This circuit is designed for those who have already had previous hiking experiences.
A correct acclimatization is important to carry out this beautiful and long walk that joins two important circuits that cross the Los Cedros ravines.
During the journey we will cross many blue-turquoise Andean lagoons and several passes over 4,700 m. where we will have amazing and inspiring views of the mountains such as Huascarán, Santa Cruz, Taulliraju and Chacraraju.
Day 1: Huaraz (3,100 m.) – Hualcayan (3,140 m) – Huishcash (4,200 m.)
Transfer by private transport to the town of Hualcayan, from where we will start the trek zigzagging up a bridle path to our first Huishcash campsite.

Day 02: Huishcash – Ruinapampa (4400 m)
This day, the Osoruri pass (4860 m.) And the Vientunan pass (4770 m) do not wait for two very important steps, but before we will have a beautiful view of the Azulcocha and Yanacocha lagoon, then we will pass by the edge of the Cullicocha lagoon (4620 m). ).

Day 03: Ruinapampa – Jancarurish (3800 m)
This day the walk will be through the Los Cedros gorge and towards the Alpamayo gorge from conde we will have the most impressive view of the northwest face of the Alpamayo (5947 m).

Day 04: Jancarurish – Mirador Alpamayo (4450 m) – Jancarurish
Day of rest. Optional we can do a small walk of 3 hours approx. near the Jancarurish lagoon to see the pyramidal figure of the Alpamayo (5,947 m.) From this place the photograph was taken with which the Alpamayo is considered the “Most Beautiful Mountain in the World”

Day 05: Jancarurish – Huillca (4000 m)
This day we leave in the direction of Huillca for it we will cross the Gara Gara pass (4830 m) and then the Mesapampa pass (4500 m).

Day 06: Huillca – Jancapampa (3600 m)
We leave Huillca towards Jancapampa through the Yana Queñua gorge. This day we will cross the Yanacón pass (4,600 m.)

Day 07: Quebrada Jancapampa – Quishuar (3800 m)
This day we will walk towards the town of Pishgopampa (3600 m) then ascend through the Tingopampa gorge towards the Tupa-tupa pass (4400 m), during our descent we will be able to appreciate the Huecrucocha lagoon.

Day 08: Quishuar – Tuctu (4200 m)
We leave the camping towards the high pass of Pucaraju (4650 m) from this point we can see the highest mountains in the Cordillera Blanca such as Huascarán, Chopicalqui, Chacraraju and also very close to Taulliraju (5830 m).

Day 09: Tuctu – Vaquería (3 800 m)
This last day we will walk approx. 7 km through the Huaripampa valley, the walk will always be surrounded by forests of Quenual trees and traditional villages until we reach Vaquería where our transportation awaits us for the transfer to Huaraz.
