Day 01 Huaraz (3,100 m) / Cashapampa / Laguna Ichiccocha (3,900 m)
Departure very early in a private minivan and we will go to the north of the city of Huaraz visiting its typical villages of the Callejón de Huaylas and then we will arrive at the town of Cashapampa (3 hours approx.) Where the muleteers and donkeys await the transfer of food and equipment, we will start the walk through a narrow valley at the beginning very close to the white river until we reach the Ichiccocha camp, height 3,900 m (duration 3/4 hours approx.)

Day 02 Ichiccocha / Laguna Arhuaycocha / Taullipampa (4,250 m)
This day we will continue with the walk, passing through the beautiful lagoons of Atuncocha and Arhuaycocha, appreciating the southern face of the snowy Alpamayo and other peaks that surround us such as artezonraju, taulliraju, quitaraju and then we will arrive at the height of the Taullipampa camp. 4,250 m (duration 4/5) approx. hours)

Day 03 Taullipampa / Punta Unión Pass (4,750 m) / Cachinapampa (3,600 m)
After breakfast we will continue with the trekking and begin to climb up to the Punta Unión pass (4,750 m), appreciating the peaks of the Cordillera Blanca and the valleys of Santa Cruz and Huaripampa, then descend to the Cachinapampa camp, height 3,600 m (duration 6/7 hours approx. From top to bottom)

Day 04 Cachinapampa / Vaquería / Transfer by minivan / Paso (4,765 m) / Yungay
In the morning we will fix things and walk through the Huaripampa community until we reach Vaquería (2 hours) from this place. The muleteers say goodbye and return to Cashapampa picking up our tracks; We will transfer in a private minivan that passes through the port of Portachuelo de Llanganuco (4,765 m) where we will make a short stop to appreciate an impressive panorama of the chain of mountains and valleys of the Cordillera Blanca, then we will descend through the Llanganuco ravine visiting Las Orconcocha and Chinancocha lagoons, then we return to the city of Huaraz.
